From Fighter to Coach: Wesley’s Journey

Wesley is a Brazilian MMA fighter with just under 15 years of experience in martial arts. Fighting professionally for organisations like PXC, FCC and Cage Warriors, he has dedicated his life to mastering and teaching the disciplines of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, and Wrestling. His journey has taken him around the world, training in Brazil, Thailand, and the Philippines, where he learned not just techniques, but the values of discipline, respect, and resilience.

Wesley’s passion for martial arts runs deep. Fighting changed his life, giving him focus and purpose, and now he’s committed to sharing that gift with others. Whether you’re an aspiring fighter or looking to build confidence and fitness, Wesley’s intention is always the same: to help you unlock your power and potential through martial arts.

Muay Thai

Known as the "Art of Eight Limbs," it uses punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. Excellent for self-defense, endurance, and full-body conditioning.

Mixed Marcial Arts(MMA)

Combines striking, grappling, and submissions from various disciplines. Versatile and dynamic, suitable for both beginners and advanced fighters.

Focuses on precision, footwork, and timing. Enhances coordination, endurance, and fitness. Balances skill and cardio.

wresteling

A grappling art that teaches takedowns and body control. Builds strength, agility, and mental toughness. Ideal as a base or standalone discipline.
